TRAIN FOR LIFE
OUTSIDE THE STUDIO.

Our instructors are certified through internationally recognised schools and bring both expertise and passion to every class. Whether you're new or experienced, you’ll get precise, supportive guidance to help you move better, safely, and effectively.

We’re located right in the heart of Luxembourg City, steps away from Hamilius. Easy to reach before work, during your lunch break, or on your way home — without long detours or any extra planning. A high-quality studio in a beautifully renovated space, designed to help you reset your body and mind in the middle of a busy day.

We don’t follow fitness trends or turn the reformer into a HIIT machine. We stay true to the principles of pilates: control, breath, alignment, and intentional movement. Every class is designed thoughtfully so you build strength, mobility, and real body awareness — not just burn calories and leave.

Our studio is powered by Merrithew® — the highest-quality, most trusted equipment in the pilates world. And we’re proud to be the only studio in Luxembourg fully equipped with it. Merrithew is known for its precision, craftsmanship, and safety — basically the Hermès of Pilates equipment. Beautiful, durable, and engineered to support smart movement and long-term results.

Reformers are trending right now — but pilates is so much more than one machine. That’s why our studio is fully equipped, so you can practice pilates the way it was originally designed: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and specialized props.

xx pilates isn’t just a place to exercise — it’s a space to feel good, recharge, and connect. Our clients care about their health, posture, and overall well-being. We’re building a community of people who want to move better, think clearer, and feel more grounded in their everyday life.
