Our studio is located right in the city center of Luxembourg, in a beautiful old building that has been newly renovated with so much care and attention to detail. It feels both modern and high-quality, while keeping the charm of the space.

Our 50-minute group classes take place on 9 Merrithew® reformers — top quality equipment that makes every movement precise and effective. We stay true to pilates principles while embracing a contemporary approach that blends tradition with innovation.

For those who want something more personal, we also have a private room with the full pilates setup: cadillac, stability chair, barrels… everything you need to experience pilates in its complete form.

For private sessions, you’ll also have access to the other pilates equipment— including the cadillac, chair and ladder barrel — so you can explore the method in its complete depth.
